Book of Judges is an activated collectible from the Repentance Plus mod.

- While this item is held, targets will be spawned at random locations on the ground. Every 3 seconds, beams of light will strike at the targets' locations. The locations of the targets are randomized after each strike. The targets gradually glow up to indicate that the light beam will strike soon.
- Beams damage enemies and inflict burn on them, but they deal a full heart of damage to Isaac.
- Holding item will spawn two friendly orbital ghost familiars, similar to those summoned by the Spiritual Reserves card, when entering a new floor.
- Isaac can use the book only if he has at least one ghost; using it stops the light beams for the current room and kills one ghost.
