Blood Vessel is an activated collectible from the Repentance Plus mod.
Effect[]
- While this item is held, taking damage doesn't actually deplete the health bar, instead filling the blood vessel. This can be repeated 6 times until the vessel is full.
- Once it's full, it can be emptied by either using it or taking more damage. This will deal 3 or 3.5 damage to Isaac, respectively.
- If it is switched with another active item while not empty, it will be destroyed, spawning red creep, damaging all players and spawning red hearts proportional to how full it is.
